Elotes Recipes

Elotes are a Mexican variation of grilled corn on the cob, usually served as street food. Unlike corn on the cob typically found in the U.S., elotes are typically covered with a variety of condiments, spices, and sauces, such as chili powder, lime juice, mayo, and cheese.

Elotes are usually served on a stick, though they may also be served as cut kernals in a bowl, called equites.
